Question :: How do I make a display that auto updates with my new information |
Task:
Provide Updated information on the screen.
Conditions:
1x monitor/ large display screen connected to a computer that has intranet access.
Unlimited access to server/website on intranet.
Advanced HTML/Java experience.
Microsoft Office 2003/2007
Internet Explorer (NO, I cannot use firefox)
Microsoft SharePoint Services
Administrator rights
Standard:
Provide multiple points of updated information on this screen by marquee, powerpoint slide show, RSS, and/or Microsoft excel, without the screen having to apear as if it "refreshed" just like an airport and the tickers on the news channels. If the screen blinks or is without some type of info for long enough to notice with the human eye when I refresh, and if a dumb user cannot update it, it won't work.
