Interview Question in Sharepoint calendar


 

Question :: How to Query a Sharepoint Calendar

What I would like to do is create a sharepoint calendar and be able Query it. For example: Each employee will enter dates & times in which they will be out of town. I want to create a page where the manager can go and see the total time "out of town" for each employee. How do i go about this. I'm not even sure where the calendar info (database) is stored. Im NEW at sharepoint. Please help. =)
